The Hartenberg Wine Estate is situated near Stellenbosch, and is well known for it’s award-winning wines. The Gravel Hill Wines come from grapes harvested from a small and unusual gravel soil patch of land on the Estate, with wine from it’s grapes far superior to that from other parts of Hartenberg.

The Klein Genot Wine and Country Estate was established in 2000, and with just over 20 hectares of vineyards, creates young, modern wines. The rocky soil at Klein Genot is especially good for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate is located near Stelenbosch, Western Cape, and is planted with Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot vines.
The Estate’s finest wine include Black Swan Reserve 2007 (50/50 blend of Cabernet and Cabernet Franc); Merlot 2007; Shiraz 2007; Cabernet Sauvignon 2007; Rose 2009 (maiden vintage); Sauvignon Blanc 2009 (maiden vintage); Cardonnay 2009 (maiden vintage).
