Backsberg Estate Cellar currently has around 110 ha vineyard along the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountains, and offers a range of wines and brandy. The Culinary Acadamy is also situated on the Backsberg Wine Estate, and it’s excellence is recognised internationally, offering courses and Diplomas.
